Buyer confidence remained high throughout May, with eight of the month’s ten most-viewed homes now under offer. One property sale also completed achieving £30,000 over the asking price within just six days. The data reflects a competitive local market, where properties continue to attract swift and serious interest.

This month’s top ten showcases a wide spectrum of homes, ranging from a renovation project to stylish, move-in-ready family properties. Broughty Ferry proved especially popular, claiming four of the top ten spots.

With buyers acting quickly and demand remaining strong, the variety of homes featured this month highlights the broad appeal and resilience of the Tayside property market.

The number of properties to go under offer in May rose by 7% compared to the same time last year, and by 14% on April, highlighting sustained buyer demand. At the same time, we saw 226 exclusive new listings on tspc.co.uk – the highest monthly total so far in 2025 – giving buyers even more choice. This month’s top ten reflects that variety, with a broad mix of property styles and budgets resonating with a wide range of buyers.”
