In April 2024, TSPC.co.uk experienced a surge in activity as house hunters scoured our listings for their dream home. The top 10 homes highlighted below collectively received nearly 60,000 views.

Broughty Ferry dominated the list with six homes, followed by Dundee with three, and Monikie with one. Notably, nine out of ten homes featured three or more bedrooms, reflecting buyers’ preference for extra space. The most expensive property, priced at over £600,000, boasted panoramic views over the River Tay from Dundee’s West End.
