Take a look inside the top 10 homes on TSPC in May 2024 as featured in The Courier. May’s top 10 highlight a mix of prime locations in Tayside including Broughty Ferry, Carnoustie, Dundee, Forfar, Newport-on-Tay, and Monikie.

The top homes range from offers over £170,000 to over £500,000. Half of these sought-after properties have accepted offers, and three have set closing dates. One home even sold for £20,000 above the asking price.

In May, TSPC listed over 240 new properties, a 3% increase from last year. Wallace adds, “TSPC’s market share with our member solicitor estate agents offers more choice, expertise, and opportunities to find your dream home.”
