March continued the strong start to the year, with under offers rising 30% compared to February, highlighting the sustained demand across the market. A total of 115 homes completed throughout the month, equating to an impressive £23.1 million in sold property value. Activity remains busy, with a broad mix of properties attracting interest and progressing to sale.
