With asking prices ranging from offers over £150,000 to £650,000, the list reflects both the diversity of properties on the local market and evolving buyer preferences. Together, the top 10 homes attracted over 70,000 views in July alone highlighting the continued demand and confidence in the Tayside housing market as we head into the autumn months.
This month’s top ten highlights a varied mix of properties, ranging from renovation projects to move-in-ready homes. It’s interesting to note seven out of ten homes on ten homes are bungalows suggesting a clear trend in buyer preferences towards single-storey living.
