The most viewed homes in January
TSPC.co.uk, the leading online property platform for Tayside, has revealed its round-up of January 2026’s most-viewed homes, showcasing a range of properties in Dundee, Broughty Ferry, Monifieth, Newport-on-Tay and Carnoustie.
While the beginning of the year is often seen as a slower period for the property market, January has made a strong start at TSPC, with encouraging levels of activity already underway. New property insertions rose 66% compared to December, showing sellers are returning to the market with confidence, while homes going under offer increased by 24% highlighting the continued demand from motivated buyers.
Gair Couston, Chairman of TSPC, said: “The start of the year has been very positive, with clear signs that both buyers and sellers are ready to make their move. This early momentum is a great indication of the confidence we’re seeing in the local property market as we head into the months ahead.”
