February has continued the positive momentum seen at the start of the year, with 30% more properties coming to market compared to January and an 11% increase in homes going under offer. Encouragingly, half of this month’s top 10 most viewed properties are already under offer, spanning a wide range of homes from one-bed flats to five-bedroom family homes.
