The most viewed homes in January 2025

Take a look at the most viewed properties on TSPC in January 2025. Dundee led the list with half of the top ten, while Broughty Ferry, Carnoustie, and Monifieth also featured. The homes ranged from charming bungalows to grand period mansions, with three properties priced over £750,000 and the most affordable starting at offers over £45,000.

Demand remained strong, with over half of the homes now under offer, including one that sold in just six days, indicating a strong start to the year for both buyers and sellers.

Angela Wallace, Centre and Operations Manager of TSPC, said: “Listings are up 79% from December 2024 and 28% compared to January last year, providing more choice for buyers. It’s also good news for sellers, with under offers up 7.5% year-on-year, showing serious buyers are ready to act. The variety of homes in the top ten demonstrates strong interest across all price ranges, setting the tone for a promising year ahead.”
