We are excited to reveal the top ten most-viewed homes on TSPC in 2024.

Among over 2,250 listings this year, these top ten homes captured a staggering 159,000 views, sparking interest from both serious buyers and curious browsers alike.

Whether prospective buyers were hunting for their dream home or indulging their curiosity, these standout properties showcase a diverse blend of traditional charm, modern elegance, unique character, and exciting renovation potential.

Broughty Ferry stole the show, claiming half of the top spots, with the remaining properties located in Dundee, Monifieth, Liff, and Invergowrie.

Of the top ten, five homes have been successfully sold, two are in the final stages of purchase, and one achieved a remarkable 10% over its Home Report value. Currently, only two properties remain available for viewing and purchase on tspc.co.uk, while one is temporarily unavailable.
