The top 10 most viewed homes in October 2024 highlight a diverse selection of homes across Broughty Ferry, Dundee, Arbroath, Carnoustie, and Invergowrie.

This month more than half of the featured properties have already accepted an offer, with the quickest sales occurring just seven days after hitting the market, showcasing strong demand from local house hunters.

Each of the highlighted properties feature three or more bedrooms, reflecting a clear preference among buyers for additional space to accommodate various needs.

The most affordable listing in the top ten is a recently modernised three-bedroom home in Dundee, at offers over £125,000, while the priciest property is a unique architecturally designed detached home with panoramic views, listed at offers over £695,000. This range underscores the variety of options available to prospective buyers in today’s market.

Angela Wallace, Centre and Operations Manager of TSPC, said: “October was a positive month for the Tayside property market. TSPC listings increased by 5% compared to the same period last year and saw a significant rise of 12% versus the previous month, providing potential buyers with a greater selection of homes to choose from.

“Additionally, the number of properties that went under offer during the month increased by 47% compared to last year, indicating that the market remains active and is not showing signs of slowing down.

“Currently, the average time for an offer to be accepted is 23 days; however, many of the homes featured in the top ten sold even quicker than this, demonstrating the strong demand in the market.”
