You agree that the Scottish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction except that if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of England and Wales, you may also bring proceedings in England and Wales.

12.2 If you are a business, these terms of use, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by Scottish law. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Scottish courts.

12.3 Without limiting any other rights or remedies that we may have, you acknowledge and agree that damages alone would not be an adequate remedy for any breach by you of these Terms of Use. We shall be entitled, without proof of special damages, to interim relief (whether by way of interdict or other protective measure) for any threatened or actual breach of the provisions of these Terms of Use.
