THE SPC Scotland website has been bombarded with inquiries since a high profile St Andrew’s Day launch.
Fortunately, the country’s property
centre flagships were prepared to hit the ground running and the latest addition to Scottish solicitors’ effective marketing armoury has been an immediate hit with the home-buying public.
As anticipated, the big cities lead the way with more than 10,000 inquires quickly clocked-up in the Glasgow and Edinburgh areas.
Meanwhile, Perth has witnessed 2,200 inquiries and Dundee reported 2,600 inquiries being re-directed via the SPC website.
Peter Ryder, manager at the TSPC has been delighted with the response to the website launched on November 30.
Peter said: “The website has been very successful and we have had over 25,000 visitors in just two months. Clients are getting two sites for the price of one and we cover clients moving to all parts of Scotland.”
While the vast majority of property inquiries via the internet come direct to their own website, Peter pointed out the idea was to make access to particulars as swift and easy as possible for potential buyers at home and abroad.

Peter noted: “The additional profile comes at no additional cost whatsoever for our clients. It is just another example of us going the extra mile for them.
“It is proving to be popular with browsers and within seconds they find themselves tapping into property particulars in whatever their chosen area happens to be.”
The selling power of the SPC network is undeniably impressive and cost- effective, with total property sales confirmed by member solicitors adding up to more than £4 BILLION last year.
Peter noted: “Clients accessing the SPC website appreciate the simplicity of it. That is no accident. The design was thought through and they simply have to feed in a basic wish list including a town or postcode, price range and the number of bedrooms being sought.
